What is AfterPay?

Afterpay is an interest free payment plan option, which means you can pay for your order fortnightly.

Payment will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card in four equal payments every 14 days, but you will receive your order immediately!

All you need is:
– A debit card or credit card.
– Be over 18 years of age.
– Have an Australian residential address.

To use this AfterPay, just do the following:

– Add your items to the shopping cart (up to the value of $1000 with a credit card or $500 if using a debit card) and checkout as normal.
– Select Afterpay as your payment method – you will be redirected to Afterpay.
– Enter your details with Afterpay.
– Your order will be shipped immediately….and VOILA, you are done! Your order will be processed in accordance with our normal store manufacture and shipping policies.

What about returns or exchanges?

Please notify us within 10 days of your order being received. Items must be returned in the original condition for a refund or exchange to occur. Check our sizing guide prior to ordering, as refunds do not apply for incorrect choices.

All designs are custom made to order to suit your preferred colour combination and size selected; therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, however, we are happy to replace any faulty or wrong sized items.

Absolutely! Please send us an email via our website and we will be more than happy to discuss your requirements. We have a wholesale stockist policy that we will send through to you upon request.

Do you ship Charley and Ollie internationally?

Absolutely YES! Please be aware that all prices on our website are in AUD and shipping costs will be higher than your domestic carrier as we use Australia Post to send all items. Is your country not listed? Contact us for a shipping quote.

What do you do with my information?

Your privacy is important to us and all information collected is used only by the Charley and Ollie team for the purposes of processing your order.

We will never give out, or sell your information to a third party, or record any transaction details. Your details are protected by our SSL payment gateway server.

Payment is required via Credit Card or Paypal. Charley and Ollie will not be responsible for any costs associating with bank fees or exchange rates.

Your payment details are private, and only held by the bank or institution processing the sale on our behalf. When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

With your permission, when you sign up to our Mailing List, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
