Processing / Dispatch times:

All of our products are made to order in Mernda, Victoria and as such, we have up to a 3 week processing time on all orders.

Please note: this does not include transit times; these are as per the Australia Post website and are ‘estimated’ dependent on your location within the domestic network.

Please allow sufficient time for your order to be made and dispatched and choose the shipping that will get your order to you based upon our standard processing times. If you require a ‘rush order’ and want your order to be ‘bumped’ to the top of the queue, please contact us and we can set this up for you for an additional fee)

NOTE: Peak sale times, ie. Xmas, Easter, school holidays, public holidays, etc will delay your order.

International customers:

Charley and Ollie do not take responsibility for any customs related charges associated with your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before your package is delivered.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and number / weight of items in your cart.

We only send our orders via ‘tracked post’ to ensure both parties are covered in the event of a postal mishap.

If you require ‘express post’ to receive your order in a shorter time-frame (ie. after the standard 3 business week processing time), please select this option at checkout.

Free shipping applies to Australian orders over $70. International free shipping applies to orders over $500.

When checking out please ensure that all details are correct. Any details provided by you, the customer are used for the purposes of dispatching your order. Charley and Ollie will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred for orders that need to be re-sent as a result of incorrect shipping details. These charges will need to be paid before the order is re-sent.
